Me KAYIRANGA Modeste

Me KAYIRANGA Modeste is a lawyer and initiator of Dynamic Law Chambers. He joined Rwanda Bar Association as an advocate in 2013 upon his graduation at National University of Rwanda (currently University of Rwanda), since then he started legal profession as an advocate. Before joining Dynamic Law Chambers, he has worked as sole practitioner until he initiated Dynamic Law Chambers in 2016 as a law firm.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Postgraduate diploma in legal Practice (DLP), a Masters’Degree in Civil and Criminal Law from Université Libre de Bruxelles, and he is currently pursuing his PhD at Université de Montréal, Canada. Apart from being an advocate, he is a Receiver and legal Researcher.

In his career, he has exemplary record of experience from successfully litigation and non-litigation transactions of more than 100 legal cases. He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of French and a working knowledge of English.

Me NDAGIJIMANA Ignace

Me NDAGIJIMANA Ignace is a lawyer and Managing partner at Dynamic Law Chambers. He joined Rwanda Bar Association as an advocate in 2013 upon his Graduation at National University of Rwanda (currently University of Rwanda), since then he started legal profession as an advocate. He is now registered in Rwanda Bar Association on the Roll of Senior Attorneys.

Before joining Dynamic Law Chambers, he has worked as sole practitioner until he joined force with KAYIRANGA Modeste to establish Dynamic Law Chambers in 2016. In addition to being member of Rwanda Bar association, he is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner since 2018, a Part time Lecturer at Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD) and a full member of International Bar Association (IBA).

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, a Postgraduate diploma in legal Practice (DLP), Masters’ Degree in International Economics and Business Law, and Specialization in Corporate Law & Insolvency Practices. He has exemplary record of experience from successfully litigation cases, arbitrations case and business transaction of more than 100 legal cases. He has been appointed as an administrator in different insolvency cases. He is proficient in completing both litigation and non-litigation transactions. He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French and Swahili.

Me NGAMIJE Eric

Me NGAMIJE Eric is a professional Attorney at Law, registered in Rwanda BAR Association on the Roll of Senior Attorneys at Law and a Partner at Dynamic Law Chambers . He has acquired an experience of almost 8years in legal industry broadly in the private as well as public sector, an experience that has equipped him with handling multidisciplinary legal matters of various actors of such sectors.

Prior to joining the law firm, Me NGAMIJE Eric worked as a Legal Assistant in Zenith Law Firm; one of the reputable law firms in Rwanda where he was mainly in charge of legal drafting and provision of legal advice to the clients with a diversity of legal issues. Besides, he has worked for the Ministry of Justice for over 4years in the Access to Justice Department as Legal Officer in Maison d’Accès a la Justice in various districts where he was in charge of the provision of legal advice, judgment execution and drafting of court briefs to name but a few.

He also worked as a judgment review support staff in the Office of the Ombudsman in the unit of judgment review specifically, where he provided, jointly with other staff, significant contribution in the analysis of numerous cases parties to which applied for review due to injustice. This task diminished the backlog of cases which the Office of the Ombudsman faced back in 2017.

In 2018, Me NGAMIJE Eric has voluntarily resigned in the public sector to join the Bar Association and from that time he was admitted as an Advocate and was in practice as sole practitioner before joining Dynamic Law Chambers  back in 2020. He holds a Post graduate diploma in legal Practice (DLP), A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Former National University of Rwanda. He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French and Swahili.

Me NZEYIMANA Alexis

Me NZEYIMANA Alexis is a lawyer at Dynamic Law Chambers. He Joined Rwanda Bar Association as an advocate in 2014, since then he started legal profession as an advocated and he is now registered in Rwanda BAR Association on the Roll of Senior Attorneys He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in legal Practice (DLP), A Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Former National University of Rwanda. He is responsible for handling several Criminal and Civil cases both Litigation and Non Litigation.
He is a native speaker of Kinyarwanda, has an excellent command of English and a working knowledge of French.
